The REZBUILD project has established an ecosystem of building refurbishment through a project management tool that interconnects key phases of a Near Zero Energy Building (NZEB) renovation process. This approach has been applied to three residential buildings in European climate zones, specifically Italy, Spain, and Norway.

The goal of XPRESS was to increase the share of energy produced from renewable sources within public administrations. The project focused on implementing Green Public Procurement procedures to create synergy and stimulate dialogue between the public and private sectors.

The project aimed to boost investments in energy efficiency and sustainable energy in the tertiary sector of Southern Europe, with particular focus on energy performance contracts (EPCs), facilitating access to financing for key players in Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Croatia, and Greece.
